The new machine is taking into account the improvement of operator safety, the stability and accuracy of the produced Battery Holders, Battery Snaps, and Battery Contacts have been greatly improved, too. The biggest advantage is that the new riveting machine saves more than 50% of the electricity than the old riveting machine, not to mention the carbon reduction effect. From October 2022, the old high frequency laminators have been replaced by Servo High Frequency Laminating Machines. So far, the company's energy-saving and carbon-reducing production lines have been fully upgraded.
